The Synperonic PE poloxamers find application as solubilisers, emulsifiers, surfactants, thermoreversible gelling agents, wetting agents, foamers and defoamers depending on their different PEO/PPO ratios and molecular weights.
Synperonic PE/F 87 (poloxamer 237) functions as an O/W emulsifier and solubiliser and finds application in ophthalmic applications such as contact lens solutions and eye drops.
